Abstract

Briefing on the outcome of the Military Staff Committee (MSC) Induction by the Chairperson of the MSC for March 2023. Induction Training Workshop sought to contribute towards further enhancing the institutional capacity of the Military Staff Committee, in order to enable it to more effectively discharge its mandate as stipulated in Article 13 (8) of the Protocol Relating to the Establishment of the Peace and Security Council of the AU.
