Abstract

The first meeting of the newly elected Peace and Security Council (PSC) at the level of Ministers was convened on 16 March 2004 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on the margins of the 4th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council. The meeting was attended by fifteen elected Members of the PSC.
