Abstract

The Peace and Security Council, meeting in its fifth session, on 13 April 2004, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, adopted the following communiqué on International Conference on the Great lakes Region (ICGLR); Establishment of an AU Liaison Office in Liberia; Crisis on the Darfur Region in Sudan; Situation in Cote d'Ivoire and Situation on the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
