Abstract

The 3rd Annual Consultative Meeting will be an opportunity for the PSC and the RECs/RM to engage on best means and ways of enhancing cooperation and collaboration in addressing the challenges facing the Continent. In particular, the meeting will focus on the following areas for discussion: i) The upsurge in Terrorism and Unconstitutional Changes of Government in Africa and ii) Application of the Principle of Subsidiarity and Complementarity – Challenges, Lessons and Prospects for the Future.
