Abstract

This is a follow-up retreat to review the implementation of the Conclusions of the Retreat held in Yaoundé, Cameroon, from 15 to 16 November 2012; review the implementation of different aspects of its mandate; consider the roles and responsibilities of members of the PSC and reflect on the implementation of PSC decisions.
