Meeting report on the production of teaching materials and educational equipment in Africa - discusses the problem of self-sufficiency in production as related to the import and export of materials, considers these materials as based on national and regional educational needs, presents recommendations on the educational financing of this production, stresses the quantity and quality of local production and refers to the educational personnel training needed to produce and evaluate this equipment for all levels of education, briefly mentions the growth of mass education on a level of primary education in Africa
