Mission report describing a study on establishing a regional training centre and museum laboratory for the museum training of personnel dealing with the restoration and conservation of cultural property and historic monuments in East Africa, particularly ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania UR and Uganda - presents an assessment of requirements, with mention of monuments in coastal zones, museum collections and archaeological sites, considers the scope of the proposed centre and its possible extension to include sub-regional training centres, other countries and the conservation of the natural heritage as well, refers to its curriculum planning and provides statistical data for the cultural financing of the project
