Abstract

Africa is mired in a range of intra-to inter-state conflicts, caused by the the fragile nature of the African states, endemic poverty, economic inequality and exclusionary governance systems that do not allow participation political arrangements. The 17 essays of this book address the ongoing conflicts in Africa and present solutions for overcoming these conflicts and sustaining peace.
