Relevance of the Law of International Organisations in Resolving International Disputes: A Review of the AU/ICC Impasse

Abstract

This article addresses the dispute between the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the African Union (AU) over the arrest warrant for Sudanese President Al-Bashir issued by the ICC and how the law of international organizations can help resolve the dispute.
