Following the suspension of the Global Fund in Uganda, which was created by the UN Secretary General Kofi Anan three years ago to fight HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis, questions have been raised about corruption, the fight against HIV/AIDS, and there is also a growing weariness with the aid regime.
