The Financial Sector Assessment (FSA) summarizes the findings of the joint International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank missions that visited in October 2002 and January 2003'. The preliminary findings of the mission were discussed in a wrap-up session with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and the Central Bank of Malta (CBM) in January 2003; the final FSAP report was delivered to the authorities in May 2003.
