Abstract

Working paper describing a research project of social science research on community development problems, presents a cross-national analysis based on the situation in India, Korea R, Tanzania UR and Yugoslavia - defines the objectives of the research and provides guidelines for its research methods and research coordination, briefly examines productivity as related to socio-economic factors, and refers to questions of innovation, social integration and community participation for overall social change
